We’re looking for a** Regional People Operations Lead** to join our **People** team to support and enhance our employee experience across our markets. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies, policies, and programmes to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Manage (build, guide, develop and lead) high-performing People Operations team members across multiple markets to deliver local OKRs and team outcomes.
- Formulate and review People Operations policies to achieve process and operational excellence.
- Lead team members to successfully develop and complete regional projects with desired outcomes and tackle operational issues with regional impact.
- Manage people-related systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll reporting in collaboration with finance and HR teams.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- At least 5 years of years of experience in HR, with a focus on people operations, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
- Experience in people management, including leading and developing a team.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programmes.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to manage employee relation issues with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Experience managing payroll processes and working knowledge of payroll systems.
- Experience with HRIS systems, including data migration and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues systematically and accurately, interpret data and provide actionable insights.
