Who we are looking for

An experienced HR professional to lead the P&C team in APAC and a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

What you will do
- Develop MIMS Group HR strategy to meet overall business objectives.
- Design and implement polices, processes and operations to ensure HR programs and initiative are effective, efficient and align with long-term and short-term business objectives.
- Develop a high performing P&C team across the region and provide guidance and supports in dealing with employee relations and HR operations.
- Partnering business leadership to identify people needs and translate people needs into hiring, rewards and talent management practices.
- Develops and monitor personal cost, overhead budgets and employee relations budgets.

Skills and Experience You will bring

Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of working experience in Human Resources Management with 5 years’ experience of people management.
- A proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines.

Added Value
- HR experiences in web-marketing companies, medical communications, life science industry is preferred.
- Japanese language fluency desirable to work closely with stakeholders from parent company.
