All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **About the role** The People Operations Team Lead will supervise the APAC People Operations team focusing on managing the day-to-day operational HR business for internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that will also require directly managing operational tasks and first-line support to employees and managers for an assigned scope. The role requires close interaction with our local businesses as well as understanding the business priorities and developing and creating value-added HR policies and processes. The APAC Countries where Criteo has workforce are Singapore, China, South Korea, Japan, India and Australia. **What You´ll Do** - Drive the HR admin APAC team currently composed of 2 team members to ensure consistent delivery of world-class HR service in a timely manner - Support the team in managing operational complex cases - Continually pursue ways to improve existing processes by actively identifying gaps, managing KPIs, proposing and implementing best practices/innovative (global) solutions and processes - Identify recurrent questions received in our ticketing solution to implement actions and improve the employee experience - Act and be perceived as an expert regarding processes and tools used by the People Operations team for APAC countries where Criteo operates, including experience in Absences & Leaves, International Mobility, Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits processes, etc. - Drive automation and harmonization of processes across the team, remove manual work where possible and pro-actively identify opportunities to systemize processes - Update our internal tools for the People Operations part and globalize where possible. - Participate in regional and global projects - Train the team on current processes if needed and on future ones - Be identified as the main People Operations partner by stakeholders within the People APAC teams - Ensure HR data accuracy - Drive employee retention - Identify and manage Learning & Development opportunities for the team - Drive performance by coaching and mentoring, setting objectives and goals, providing frequent feedback, leading 1:1s and personal development plans, and leading team meetings - Develop and sustain employee engagement - Develop a succession plan program - Relevant degree and HR qualification - 1+ years of experience leading a team - 4 to 5 years of experience in a People administration role in various APAC countries, including knowledge on Onboarding, Offboarding, Absences, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, etc. - Excellent understanding of HR operations and development of tools & key processes in a global company. Experience in a service center-type approach is a plus - Excellent administrative and technical skills (HR Information systems; Excel; PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is a plus - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing environment - Proven self-starter with the ability to work largely without direct supervision - Previous experience in a multi-cultural, technology-orientated business is a plus **_ #LI-Hybrid_** **_#LI-RNG_**: At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
