The research should develop new immunotherapies that selectively target specific T cell subsets, thereby enhancing therapeutic efficacy while minimising potential adverse effects, with the aim of translating these insights into innovative therapeutic approaches that lead to significant clinical benefits.

**Responsibilities**:
To lead a research team to conduct experimental research in the areas of Immunotherapy and Translational T-cell Immunology.
To initiate and execute novel research projects, to translate research outputs into clinical or industrial collaborations.
To write up high impact research publications and secure competitive funds.
To mentor and provide support to junior researchers.
**Job Requirements**:
PhD in Immunology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
More than 12 years experience in independent research and leading a research group.
Strong lab-based research background in Immunology and Immunotherapy.
An excellent track record of research publications.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
