Your Role in Carbery’s Success

Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to shape the future of work across Asia? We are seeking a Regional HR Lead to partner with our Asia CEO and leadership team, driving strategic and operational HR excellence across the region. This is a high-impact role for a visionary HR professional who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.

How You Will Contribute:
As Regional HR Lead you will:

- Define and implement the regional people strategy in alignment with global HR priorities.
- Partner with regional leaders and employees across APAC to support business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
- Coach and support regional leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Drive performance management processes and development planning.
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Lead regional rollout of global HR initiatives, adapting them to local contexts.
- Promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning across the region.
