We are now seeking a bright and ambitious individual to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team as a **Regional HR Transformation Lead**.

**We will count on you to**:

- Play a key role in leading talent and transformation engagements across Asia, and as part of global projects by providing appropriate guidance to project teams in delivering client value.
- Manage end-to-end HR transformation project delivery including deconstructing problem statements, shaping project delivery approach, methodology, solutioning, execution, etc.
- Develop a strong network and participate actively in regional business development efforts such as generating leads and engaging potential prospects.
- Nurture upselling and/or cross-selling client opportunities to drive sales and client engagement.
- Identify, develop, and support innovative first-to-market initiatives and forward-thinking offerings in the HR transformation solutions space.
- Independently facilitate client meetings/communications and act as a trusted advisor to them.
- Proactively manage project timelines and ensure that all external and internal stakeholders are kept updated with information in a timely manner.
- Anticipate potential risks and roadblocks, propose solutions and engage relevant stakeholders for escalation where required.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree with prior consulting experience in leading global HR transformation client engagements.
- Strong business acumen with proven record in upselling and/or cross-selling client opportunities to drive sales and client engagement.
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels and interact with multiple teams.
- Track record of developing intellectual capital relevant to the deployment of HR transformation initiatives for global multinationals.
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
