My client is a fast-growing organisation in the luxury retail space with global presence. Today, we're looking for a Regional Human Resources Lead to value-add in strategic and operational requirements.
**Your new role**
As the regional human resources lead and HRBP, you'll play a critical role across all functions of HR.
Managing a lean team, you'll work with key stakeholders to support the business in its strategic developments and operational requirements.
Here's a snippet of the LD:
Provide sound HR advice to key stakeholders for decision-making
- Work closely with commercial front to drive people-strategy
- Establish talent management programs
- Oversee HR Operations including reviewing and designing of HR policies and procedures
- Oversight on processes including payroll and workday management
**What you'll need to succeed**
Retail HR operations experience is also a key requirement of the role as the firm is expanding and is expecting growth in the market.
