Regional Business Analyst and Transformation Manager is an executive position that supports regional managements in accelerating profitable growth in Asia, overseeing strategy implementation and operations of the region.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, project management and decision-making skills. This role will lead key initiatives relevant to the pillars of our Commercial Imperative driving Growth by closely cooperating with the business and developing strong cooperation with key internal expertise (eg. Finance, HR, R&D, Procurement and Supply Chain) and external stakeholders to rapidly deliver strategic growth in the region.

Vacancy Description:

- Work with the top leadership & senior management for strategic decision-making including, liaise with clients and business stakeholders, internal and external
- Organise with multiple stakeholders meeting schedules, overseeing execution of crucial company-wide initiatives.
- Develop a coherent strategic plan and budget consistent with the overall strategy and facilitate cross-fertilization of ideas and execution.
- Be actively involved in driving initiatives regarding Revenue Growth management, Sales Transformation, Gross margin management, Supply Chain efficiency and S&GA management.
- Take lead in implementing Business Transformation projects while smoothly coordinate cross-functional, complex large local and regional teams.
- Oversee the tasks of every team involved in implementing the strategic plan, follow up and drive KPIs to meet organisational objectives.
- Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork, identifying and working with relevant stakeholders key capability development.
