Circles.Life is funded by top Venture Capital firms such as Sequoia, EDBI, Founders Fund, and Warburg Pincus and we were voted the Top Employer in Digital Telco and also became an accredited winner in showcasing excellence in workplace culture. **Mission** As Circles Life expands in its home base of Singapore as well as its international markets of Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia and Japan, we are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented executive who can lead the commercial/sales and drive growth, in B2B Telco SaaS solutions. Position: Business Development Associate - B2B SaaS Reporting to: Founder's Office / Chief Revenue Officer Regional Scope: Global Location: Position to be based out of **Singapore**. **Desired Outcomes** - Deliver 2x y-o-y ARR growth by launching new markets and closing large, complex deals - Be the engine behind new business opportunities, collaboratively developing and executing strategic account planning with cross functional teams, with the eye on growth and increasing market share. - Build and enhance C-suite relationships with both existing and new clients/accounts. - Become a thought leader in the Telco vertical SaaS space by establishing credibility and bringing an informed POV on best practices and trends - Establish a structured top funnel sales methodology and process, including opportunity validation and pursuit, with a strong qualification backbone. Optimize sales tools and provide greater visibility and actionable data for targeted sales efforts - Deliver strong customer value propositions, and guide the broader commercial organization to successfully close mid/late stage accounts. **Ideal Experience** **MUST HAVE** - 4-7 years in a SaaS/enterprise software business with large ARR/long sales cycles (telco experience is a plus) - Solution / consultative selling in SaaS/tech - Multi-geography experience and senior stakeholder management - Has successfully launched a new region or country resulting in profitable, sustainable growth - Has delivered on growth through channel partnerships/strategic alliances - Has strong existing network with C-suite executives in client organizations and track record in building C-suite and board relationships **NICE TO HAVE** - Broader functional expertise in areas such as Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, etc - Experience with "New Tech" (IoT, Cybersecurity, data analytics, etc.) and XaaS concepts - OSS/BSS software sales experience **Competencies** **Be Bold.
