**Your Impact**

**Key Responsible Areas**
- Promote ASP professional image through Professional Education program delivery.
- Be involved in the ASP Professional Education program/course design
- Drive the ASP professional education program execution as planning, monitor delivery process and control the quality
- Build a systemic tracking system, Collect program feedback and evaluations for Professional Education effectiveness improvement
- Facilitate courses to deliver accurate hospital infection control information
- Ensure the fulfillment of compliance policy during each process
- Consolidate and expand Professional Education brand in ASP market
- Work closely with other teams on educational flatform management and top faculties communication.
- Responsible for driving commercial milestones related to product development and launch
- Drive brand protection initiatives and trademark protection in potential new areas within innovation strategy scope of assigned brand
- Work with commercial team as well as BD in identifying new business opportunities as well as commercial innovation
- Provide understanding of the external environment and identify future market trends

**Our Needs**
- Here’s what we’ll need from you: _
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, medical or nursing degree is preferable
- Clinical work experience in the hospital is preferable
- ~ 5 years working experience in sales, marketing, or professional Education /training
- Solid background of product and hospital infection control knowledge
- Demonstrated success in working with HCPs and hospitals
- Demonstrated success in event planning and coordination
- Experience in project execution and customer management
- Well Computer knowledge & skill (PowerPoint, Excel )
- Preferably with launch or product development experience
- Good in business English
- Experience in multiple culture and cross functional working environment
- Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic, a self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer/business needs
- Strong presentation skill
- Team player
- No limitation on business trip
