**Your Impact**

This dedicated individual will develop and maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the ROA (APAC excluding China, Japan and India) instrument reprocessing market with the objective to conceptualize, present and ultimately complete strategies fully aligned to our local, regional, and global business objectives.

**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Develop, own and drive new business strategies across ROA that lead to business growth.
- become a product guide on ASP product lines and work closely with our regional commercial marketing partners around the world to drive revenue growth and market share gains
- Generate/maintain up to date market intelligence and be ahead of the curve with regards trends & opportunities across the ROA infection prevention landscape.
- Design and be able to implement innovative business, promotional and go to market models and strategies that will maintain and grow our market leading position.
- Develop Marketing Qualified Leads using digital and traditional marketing channels. Maintain and lead a strong and robust database of marketing qualified leads and customer nurture loop.
- Develop & Maintain Key Opinion Leader Network in ROA Infection Prevention market. Develop strategies to engage this network to deliver business growth
- Marketing Governance including copy approval of promotional materials, leading of New Product Introduction, Product Lifecyle management and Demand Forecast.
- Achieve high levels of customer engagement with the ASP product range through management of relationships, product support and service.
- Increase unit growth, profitability and market share for existing and potential customers, achieving Business Strategic objectives through development and execution of a customer focused promotional activities.
- Implement business strategies, coordinate internal business processes to support and deliver service innovation where appropriate, resulting in improved outcomes for the Customer.
- Align on business strategy and planning goals with National Sales Manager. Minimum weekly connection with Manager. Monthly sales results and activity reports.
- Research and identify each Customer’s critical success factors and identify innovative sales and service opportunities which deliver improved Customer business performance and health care outcomes.
- Build relationships and develop dedication with senior customers and decision makers
- Implement innovative Customer support services / tender arrangements which lead to long term favorable customer relationships.
- Supervise customer perceptions as a basis for feedback to ASP team members and improving performance.
- Set up appropriate systems for acquiring customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with the “Customer Complaints Procedure”.
- Optimize use of what we beneficial services to improve customer relationships
- Ensure appropriate problem-solving strategies are used by Product Specialists when dealing with product or service difficulties.
- Conducts routine and regular meetings with customers to supervise perceptions and build relationships.
- Lead customer complaints to ensure any issues are handled promptly, expertly and adequately addresses customer happiness issues
- Lead business within Fortive 9 and ethical standards
- Lead by example, enforce to corporate ethics and standards.
- Provide coaching and direction in the development of each team member through on the job learning, training / education and / or focused project work.
- Co-ordinate development with Marketing Product Managers. Create an environment built on teamwork within sales, across marketing and support departments leading to improved team and Company performance, job happiness and retention through people development.
- Follow company protocol to ensure recruitment and succession plan fulfilled.
- Lead samples and sales related expenses within the agreed forecast and/or guidelines. Ensure appropriate team maintenance / care for company resources and equipment including vehicle, PC, mobile telephone etc.

- Preferred minimum education: Undergraduate, Graduate Degree Preferred.
- Preferred area of study: Business, Marketing, Clinical.
- ~ 5 years working experience in sales, marketing, or professional Education/training
- Preferred related validated experience: Healthcare, Capital Sales.
- New Product launch process.
- KOL Mapping and engagement plan development and execution.
- Sales process management (Integrity Selling).
