We are an industrial REIT Company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and with a well-established presence in Singapore. We are looking for a Compliance Manager with an eye for detail but able to work efficiently, accurately and as carry out other regulatory reporting tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provision of compliance advisory to support the business
- Supporting and leading the implementation of regulatory changes
- Reviewing company's policies and procedures and carrying out compliance monitoring
- Reviewing risk framework as required, whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions
- Supporting/Conducting internal reviews and audits
- Ensuring reporting requirements from MAS are done accurately and in a timely manner in supporting the regulatory compliance and make regulatory SGX filings
- Act as the main liaison officer between MAS, SGX, Trustees, and Company Secretary
- Any other duties assigned by the CEO and the Board

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience and above
- Degree holder in relevant studies
- Knowledge of SFA and SGX regulations
- Preferably with relevant experience in the Real Estate Investment Management industry
