We are a Singapore-based car rental/ car workshop/ car dealer company looking for an admin coordinator to support our Accounts Department.

Requirements:.

Knowledge of Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Able to speak and write in English.

Effective communication skills.

Able to multi-task, be proactive and learn on the job.

Positive attitude and a cooperative team player.

**Responsibilities**:
Process customer invoices, inter-company invoices, employee expenses claim, and daily operations.

Reconcile daily statements and transactions.

Maintain fixed assets register.

Perform timely and accurate closing of accounts.

Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.

Data entry and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Cell phone reimbursement

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
