Operations Officer

As the Operation Officer, you are expected to perform the following key responsibilities:
1. Perform day to day operations duties including of warehouse administrative & manpower management and customer enquiry management.
2. Perform daily warehouse inventory transaction update into in house WMS which including:
- (a) Good Receiving - Local Purchase / Import goods.
(b) Good Export - Labelling
3. Perform daily warehouse inventory transaction for security and accountability of material and goods under inventory control management.
4. Assist administrative of inventory management across 4 warehouses and ensure accuracy of inventory movement, stock level, expiry, fast & slow movement and damages status via cycle count, quarterly count, yearly count.
5. Perform cycle count and update the inventory report and identify discrepancies and conduct investigation.
6. Perform warehouse location planning and concurrently status update into WMS.
7. Coordinate with purchasing, customer service and logistic team to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
8. Keep track on customer and related goods complaints and resolve it in timely manner.
9. Perform warehouse cleanliness / safety / tools & equipment document preparation including:
- (a) Warehouse cleaning records
(b) Equipment service and repair records
(c) Temperature
(d) Stationery request
(e) Others admin duties required by warehouse personnel
10. Ensure warehouse activities integrate with company requirement such as quality control, regulatory compliance and customer service level
11. Ensure all the warehouse document filling or documented according to company requirement.
12. Monitoring and regular check on Warehouse and office maintenance as and when needed.
13. Other operations ad-hoc duty as assigned by the Operation Manager.
Job Requirements:
5. Proficiency in MS Office is essential;
6. Detailed in data work entry, monitoring status and strong planning skill;
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
8. Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skill;
9. Keen and willing to learn spirit.
