Operations Officer

The Operations Officer will be responsible for the efficient management and execution of administrative and operational tasks within our training centre.
This role involves handling enrolments and registrations, tracking attendance, managing payments, and ensuring effective communication between departments to achieve the academy’s goals of increasing enrolments and enhancing learner retention.
**Administrative and Operational Management**:
- Oversee the enrolment and registration process for new learners.
- Accurately track and maintain attendance records.
- Facilitate the collection and processing of payments from learners. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the centre’s products and facilities to support enrolment and retention efforts.

**Learner Engagement and Support**:
- Provide exceptional after-sales service by engaging with learners and addressing their queries promptly.
- Ensure a positive learning experience to maximize learner retention. Update learners on enrolment status, assessment schedules, and other relevant information.

**Interdepartmental Communication and Reporting**:
- Provide timely updates to the Sales and Finance teams regarding enrolments, assessments, withdrawals, and payments.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication channels between different departments to ensure cohesive operations.
**Achievement of Enrolment Targets**:
- Contribute to achieving the company’s enrolment targets by focusing on learner retention and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the learning experience and operational efficiency.
**Operational Coordination and Improvement**:
- Understand and oversee the flow of operations, coordinating with other departments and external partners.
- Address operational challenges to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
