Role Summary Support day-to-day office operations, facilities and vendor coordination, meeting/event logistics, office supplies and asset control, vehicle/driver scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding admin—ensuring a safe, orderly, and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities Office administration & facilities: Maintain office environment; coordinate cleaning, maintenance/repairs, plants, pantry and related payments; ensure orderly workplace operations. Office supplies & assets: Plan purchases, receive/inventory, and perform periodic stock-takes; keep accurate records. Meetings & events: Arrange rooms/equipment, prepare minutes, and support company meetings, team-building and annual events from planning to execution. Vehicle/driver coordination: Process internal use-car requests, schedule drivers, share contact details, and complete expense submissions. Employee admin: Support onboarding/offboarding tasks (seating allocation, access cards/permissions). Other duties: Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the manager. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Business, Management or related preferred). Skills: Strong written communication; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; organised, detail-oriented, responsive; able to manage multiple requests professionally. Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin — Mandarin is required to liaise with China-based stakeholders and to review Chinese administrative/finance documents (business necessity). Work eligibility: Legally eligible to work in Singapore; familiar with basic PDPA-safe handling of documents and records #J-18808-Ljbffr
