**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
SALARY: £35000 PLUS CAR
LOCATION: Home based, frequent travel required.
WORKING PATTERN:
COMPANY/ROLE BENEFITS: Car and Bonus Scheme OTE 9% capped at 15%

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/DESCRIPTION**:
Building on customer relations through being first line support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining the current customer portfolio, by becoming a trusted point of contact for clients and ensuring the highest possible levels of retention whilst optimising, upselling and promoting organic growth within the portfolio.
- Attend client sites and conduct account and service reviews as appropriate.
- Listen to customer requirements and feedback to present an appropriate and effective pitch in order to achieve a sale or maintain client relationships.
- Proactively manage clients ensuring our contractual obligations are met.
- Manage the profitability of client and ensure target revenue realised.
- Create quotes and pricelists for customers.
- Attend exhibitions and represent the company on the stand when the company exhibits.
- Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
- Provide customers with information about company products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities using the Company's CRM system.
- Working to the Operations team’s servicing schedule to most efficiently manage site visit time.
- Support the development of the service offering within Latis, by working closely alongside the Laboratory and Technical managers.
- Manage customer complaints for the designated client group, ensure that all customer complaints are logged and investigated.
- Manage the implementation of customer requirements into the LIMS and associated systems ensuring successful onboarding of new clients and development of processes to improve the efficiency and service for clients.
- Support the Sales team in the creation of marketing material and help ensure that literature and client communications are fit for purpose.
- Assist in the writing and submitting of tenders.
- To cover the role of Key Account Executive while on holiday.
**General**

- Maintaining high standards in terms of personal appearance conduct and respect of Company property.
- To listen to and relay market intelligence.
**Qualifications required or desirable to do this role**:
- A driving license is essential.
- A degree in an environmental discipline would be desirable.
- A level qualification essential
- Any sales qualifications would be desirable.
**Experience required to do this role**:
- Previous experience in a client facing role;
- Have a good technical understanding and knowledge of environmental testing specially medical devices according to HTM0106 is highly desirable
- Previous experience of working in a laboratory environment is a must
- Experience working with a LIMS (laboratory information management system) would be desirable
- Previous experience in an environment heavily reliant on interacting and communicating directly with customers.
- Previous experience in a sales role would be desirable
- Experience of selling services to customers via the phone would be advantageous
