We care about science, about quality products and about bringing value to the world.- Responsibilities: As part of the Sales Team, you’ll be...- Managing a Sales pod consisting of; Junior Sales, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Admin colleagues
- Crafting sales strategies for your team that support company goals and objectives
- Setting KPIs for your sales team making sure you are reaching your targets
- Making sure your team members are thriving at Aeler
- Closely setup and manage collaboration with other internal teams, e.g. Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- Efficiently convert validated leads into signed contracts
- Support Customer Success team members in discussions with clients and in some cases leading these discussions
- Participate in client POCs
- Some traveling may be required from time to time
- Experience: To flourish in this role, you’ll need...- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English (verbal and written)
- Working proficiency in any other languages would be an advantage (French, Spanish, German, etc.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or experience in having used any other CRM software
- A proven track record of success with converting sales leads into contracts
- ** Nice to have**: Some experience from / knowledge of the logistics industry
