In all that has happened, we have not lost focus on what matters: our people and our clients, which speaks to the core focus on relationships of our business model. **Who You Are***: - You are a driven and charismatic professional with a passion for the tech industry, specifically within software development and staff augmentation services. You bring at least 1-2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, account coordination, or a high-touch client-facing role, ideally with a company offering similar B2B tech services (custom software, B2B services e.t.c. not SaaS or product-only). You are naturally engaging, collaborative, and energized by conversations, especially during first impressions and discovery calls. Fluency in English is essential.You’re someone who thrives in connecting with people and understands that efficient administrative management is critical to closing deals. - **Sales-Oriented and Proactive**: someone who can build instant rapport, nurture relationships, and strategically support the sales process to win deals. - **Professional yet Personable**: a natural communicator with flawless English skills and a positive, "can-do" mindset. - **An "Owner" and highly efficient**:you take pride in managing the details and communications that allow the team to close deals faster. - **Ambitious and Growth-Oriented**:you are eager to learn our processes, master this role, and are on a clear track to becoming an independent Sales Manager. Having an existing network or client connections in Singapore or across Southeast Asia is a strong advantage. **Responsibilities**: - Own the administrative backbone of the sales cycle: expertly preparing and managing proposals, contracts, and sales reports to ensure a fast, professional process. - Be the "face" of Slash for new leads: building instant rapport, handling initial qualification, and acting as the primary point of contact to nurture the relationship. - Partner directly with senior sales leaders on high-value deals, handling discovery call scheduling, meeting preparation, and ensuring a seamless client journey. - Drive momentum in the pipeline: proactively following up with prospects, ensuring all questions are answered, and keeping deals moving forward. - Collaborate closely with the Growth Team and Delivery Team to align client expectations, project capabilities, and timelines. - Represent Slash in industry events and networking opportunities to build your network and our brand, with the goal of eventually owning your own leads. - Consistently meet targets related to lead response time, client communication, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in sales. - Minimum 1-2+ years of professional experience in a B2B tech role, ideally within a software development or staff augmentation company. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. - Demonstrable experience supporting an end-to-end sales cycle, especially in managing sales documentation, proposals, and client communication. - Experience with (or a strong understanding of) custom software development and team augmentation services (not SaaS or product-only solutions) is highly preferred. - Experience in a client-facing role, comfortably engaging with business stakeholders and decision-makers. - Familiarity with CRM tools (like Pipedrive, Hubspot, Monday, etc.) and digital prospecting tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; confidence in presenting and speaking with clients is essential. - Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly. - Nice-to-have: Existing network in Singapore or SEA; experience founding or co-founding a startup. **What do we offer?**: - **Compensation package**:base salary + commission - **Projects/clients**: Get the stability of a larger group and the excitement of a startup.
