We are seeking a motivated and personable **Sales Associate** to help us. This role focuses on engaging with parents via Zoom to introduce and promote our long-term **Elite Eureka Packages**, designed to deliver sustained academic progress for their children.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with parents (all leads are provided; no cold calling required).
- Establish rapport and gain an understanding of parents’ key concerns regarding their child’s learning.
- Present the benefits of the Elite Eureka Package in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Address questions and manage objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Successfully close sales and transition clients to our administrative team for onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and connection quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Prior sales experience preferred (experience in education or services is advantageous), though not essential — training will be provided.
- Reliable access to a quiet workspace, a computer, and a stable internet connection.
