We are looking for Assistant Head / Head, Procurement and Investment, in the Finance and Asset Development cluster.

**Job Responsibilites**
- Plan and manage operations of the procurement function workflow for the Group
- Provide value-add advice on procurement requirements to ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations for the Group
- Review the enhance procurement controls and compliance for the Group
- Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost-effective results for the Group
- Conduct training sessions to support upkeep of procurement competencies of officers conducting procurement when required
- Review and present Investment policies and strategies for the Group through Investment Committee

**Job Requirements**
- Tertiary education in
- in Business Administration, Business Finance or equivalent
- Specialising in Government Procurement or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing procurement department
- Resourceful, meticulous, energetic, proactive, results-oriented team player
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills for this position
