Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Assistant Head Chef, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Culinary degree or diploma preferred (but not always required).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
