**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the HR manager, the Contract HR Specialist will be tasked with the full spectrum of the HR operational activities ranging from learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee communication and employee events.
- **Learning & Development - **Manage all training operations related activities e.g liaise, coordinate and support local and corporate learning programs. Promote and maintain the learning calendar for SEA
- **Onboarding - **Coordinate new hire induction programs and quarterly orientation programs
- **Performance Management** - Support HR Manager in the execution of the annual performance management process
- **Compensation & Benefits **-Support HR Manager in payroll process and annual compensation administration and benefits renewal
- **Employee Communication **- Take lead in employee / internal communications in ensuring integrated employee experience across the organization
- **Company-wide and Team Events **- Organize company-wide events such as All Employee meetings, company-wide teambuilding activities, annual Friendly Family activities, Annual CNY Dinner and Annual Dinner & Dance to bring about positive people impact and optimize team effectiveness
- **HRBP Support** - Support HR Director, HR Manager and HRBP to engage business leaders and implement customized solutions to people-related issues

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of Human Resources activities
- Willing to own and/or handle a mix of HR and tactical matters
- Keen eye for details and meticulous in his/her work
- Team player who is able to work within HR network involving HRBPs and Corporate COEs, as well as business stakeholders
- Aspiring to learn about different HR functions through by deep diving into people advisory and execution activities
- Able to flexibly toggle between myriad HR activities or functions taking place at the same time, and adapt as the overall HR operating model take shape
