**Requirements**:

- Very familiar with using the various Government Systems (NS Portal, WPOL, CPF Online, EPOL, Job Incentive Portal, etc).
- Familiar with HR Systems, we use Quick HR for Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Training, Documentation,

**Jobs Scope**:

- Facilitate Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage annual performance appraiser process
- Manage work passes and renewal processes.
- Manage Swabbing Schedules and other Govt requirements to ensure workers are compliant and able to be deployed for work.
- Find private housing for our Foreign Workers and oversee their housing leases.
- Understanding MOM & Govt regulations and make recommendations to Management so that company is in compliance with Singapore laws.
- Assist to develop Employee Handbook.
- Assist to refine Employee Performance Review Framework, and deployment.
- Understand Foreign Worker Quota (PTE-01, PTE-02), Man-Year Entitlement, and able to advise on Foreign Worker Quota strategy.
