**About the role**

Provide HR support and administrative duties

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a HR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

- Compiles and analyzes statistical or personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates; ensures the applicable data is current and accurate.
- Addresses HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees in an assigned department or business unit. Uses tools or resources to resolve issues, partnering with applicable HR specialists when necessary.
- Conducts research to ensure that human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs correctly align with the applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Support broader HR initiatives including manpower data analysis, process improvements, HR operations, employer branding and inclusion & diversity (I&D) activities.
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to lead initiatives that drive impactful business results.
- Assist in different employee population including salary, hourly, and union groups.
- Lead additional HR projects as assigned.
- Update company databases by submitting employment information and changes in the company’s HR Information System (Workday).
- Assist in developing and organizing engagement activities.

As a minimum you must have:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience within HR.
- Has professional certs/diploma/degree in HR field.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Creative problem solver, self-driven and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communicate effectively at all levels.
- A Team player with excellent project management skills and execution.
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Open to 12 months contract position.
