**Manager within Integration Office, Business Development / CFO Office**:
EQT is looking to recruit a full-time Manager to focus on integration of Baring Private Equity Asia into the broader EQT system to unlock maximum synergies and effective collaboration.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Coordinating work streams across functions
- Supporting integration workstreams, tracking progress and preparing status reports to management regarding progress and issues related to integration efforts
- Mediate between stakeholders to find common ground and efficient collaboration
- Help develop new cross-functional processes and collaborate cross-functionally
- Support in setting the blueprint for the future joint organization

**Professional experience & toolbox**
- We are looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience from investment banking, strategy consulting, business development/corporate strategy or private equity
- Fluency in English is a requirement and proficiency in Swedish is a plus
- High proficiency in microsoft office is a requirement

- Ability to work independently and drive projects without daily senior involvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders of varying seniority.
