The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be pivotal in steering our company's financial strategy and operations, ensuring financial stability and growth while aligning financial strategies with overarching business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- **Financial Management**:Oversee financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
- **Risk Management**:Identify, assess, and manage financial risks. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Governance & Compliance**:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Oversee internal controls and audit processes to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
- **Business Planning**:Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and trends.
- **Negotiations & Relationships**:Lead negotiations with financial partners, investors, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- **Team Leadership**:Manage and mentor the finance team. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate effectively in native language with the Management Team from the Japanese headquarter.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role such as CFO, VP of Finance, or Director of Finance.
- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
