**The Opportunity**

We represent a well-established Property Developer with a solid presence and exciting projects Indonesia. The
**Chief Finance and Data Officer (CFDO) **role is Bali based opportunity and will serve as a vital member of the management team reporting to the senior management.

Brief Summary of Responsibilities:

- Hold overall responsibility for strategic planning, financial governance, and management of all finance activities throughout the township development and operations.
- Direct oversight of financing, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, costing, contracts and procurement, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships, and partnership compliance with private and institutional financing.
- Responsible for developing data strategy, managing data, and ensuring data quality assurance.
- Build data capital for sustainability, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while utilizing catalytic capital to increase private sector investment in sustainable development.
- Qualified CPA / CFA with more than 10 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, including a property/real estate/M&A/Investment Banking background with a commercial mindset.
- **Experience in investment and structuring deals for PPP (public-private partnership) projects preferably for SDGs related projects**:

- Profiles with experience working with private sector development agencies like the IFC (International Finance Corporation) are preferred
- Strong knowledge in Cyber Security and Data Protection is required. Well-versed in the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills are essential. Possess the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability is crucial. Possess a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation and committed to delivering high-quality work while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional financial acumen and experience in driving successful financial outcomes.
- Indonesia work experience is vital
