JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling and organizing appointments.
- Perform and provide support over room allocation and booking of physical meetings.
- Creating bi-weekly meeting slides and collating production numbers for the agency's monthly meeting.
- Assist with lead campaign matters through the utilization of Salesforce.
- Promptly liaising with clients as and when needed over policy matters whilst, maintaining good business relationships.
- Attentive to details and show responsiveness over handling tasks at hand.
- Provide constant updates on notices/promotions/incentives which are applicable to the group agency.
- Taking initiatives to regularly provide follow-up with clients/colleagues based on specific work assigned.
- Assisting with personal tasks for the direct manager. (E.g. Handling of reservations, travel bookings, billing matters, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period
- Min. Diploma / Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline
- Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
- Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and discreet in handling confidential matters
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Training will be provided. No experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
