**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle key accounts including both online and offline resellers
- Plan & execute sales activities to achieve sales target, revenue & growth
- Review sales plans and activities with sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales target
- Build strong customer relationships with buyers and retailers
- Ensure timely execution of trade promotional activities
- Lead a team of promoters to achieve sales target

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in the FMCG / Beauty industry
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and Google Workspace (Google Sheets in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Possess character qualities that match with company core values:
