**Profile**:
**Objectives of the role**:

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful alignment and delivery of shared objectives across all marketing and promotional initiatives
- Drive the implementation of integrated marketing, promotion, and communication strategies for a diverse portfolio of trade fairs, aimed at achieving specific targets and business outcomes
- Leverage a multi-channel approach by utilising both traditional and digital platforms to effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement

**Main tasks & responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with project teams, creative teams, content providers, and industry partners to develop integrated marketing and promotion strategies that drive audience reach, brand visibility, and engagement
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to post-campaign analysis. This includes audience segmentation, performance tracking, results reporting, and leveraging insights to refine future strategies
- Focus on audience acquisition and retention strategies, with a strong emphasis on growing the customer database, enhancing engagement, and optimising the customer journey

**Required skills**:

- Demonstrated success in a marketing role, ideally within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) or B2B sectors, with a particular advantage for experience in the healthcare industry. Proven hands-on expertise in developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that align with strategic business objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Proven decision-making ability, balancing creativity with data-driven insights to drive impactful marketing outcomes
- A strong understanding of customer segmentation, database growth, and audience acquisition strategies
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of successful project management and campaign execution
