Inbound Call Centre Agent (No night Shift) /Customer Service Officer
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: Suntec
Salary Range : $2,500-$3,000
Working Hours
1. Comfortable with rotational shift
2. No night shift
3. 44 hours per week (5.5 days of work)
4. $100 PH allowance (if working on PH)
**Job Description**:
1. Minimum 6 months of inbound call center environment
2. Education background: N Level
3. Multitasker - logging the call while on the call
4. Objection handling to prevent the call from being escalated to the next level
5. Fast paced environment (handling about 50 calls per day)
