- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of industry or related experience working with Publishers, Media owners or Apps developers.
- Ability to speak and write in Vietnamese fluently, in order to communicate with in-market stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with automated tools (e.g., spreadsheets, pivot tables, software, databases, etc.).
- Experience with problem solving tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
- Experience managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience with online advertising or business generation solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising space.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, and deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Excellent C-Level relationship building skills.

**About the job**:

- As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will drive important new and existing partnerships and enable Gaming/App/Web developers and content publishers to grow their businesses using our business generation solutions: AdMob, AdSense, and Google Ad Manager platforms.In this role, you will focus on Gaming and mobile apps developers, traditional media outlets and/or commerce content platforms in the fast-paced environment of Vietnam and the rapidly changing industry landscape that will call for creativity and thought leadership to enable business transformation.

You will provide innovative, industry-leading business generation and platform solutions for developers and publishers, proactively identify new opportunities, and influence product roadmap and strategy internally.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners in Vietnam, helping them drive long-term sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction with Google suite of display and mobile ad solutions.
- Develop executive-level relationships with partners by becoming a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and providing exceptional customer support.
- Work with a variety of teams at Google (e.g., Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure your publisher partners have access to the resources they need to succeed. Keep customers up-to-date on various Google products, features, and optimizations.
- Develop valuable new business partnerships with app developers and help to grow their businesses. Identify business and product opportunities via data-driven analysis to expand Google platform and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues, work closely with Account Management teams, to deliver seamless partner handovers.
