Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Scope**:

- Proactively find opportunities and methods to enhance effectiveness and brand assets through the use of futureproof solutions/ techniques/ ideas
- Participate in client planning meetings and ensure that requirements are communicated back to group/markets effectively
- Assist markets in the development of campaign media plans across all media focused on delivering defined client targets within defined budgets
- Prepare media opportunity evaluations and market updates
- Prepare regular status reports, contact reports, competitive reports with summary & insights
- Analyse and provide research data and media/marketing information to support plan creation.
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance and manage optimization efforts
- Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
- Manage a team of 6-8 people and be responsible for their development and happiness
- Be a hands on person on the business. Able to work under pressure, tough circumstances, get into the thick of business and be in control
**Requirements**:

- Exceptional operational, organisational and commercial acumen along with team management experience
- Excellent track record in building client relationships and dependency through best-in-class account management and program performance
- Good client service and communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity. This person must develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders from many ethnic backgrounds
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complicated process and coordination tasks
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate the recommended solution, or which mix of solutions, is best suited for particular brands and / or markets
- Good understanding of the digital/ futureproof ways of doing business with clients
- Strong personality and profile within your current agency and clients
