Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled End User Support Engineer with 2-3 years of IT support experience to join on a 12-month contract basis. The role involves Windows OS upgrade activities, daily technical support, and endpoint troubleshooting across multiple customer locations. Travel is required and fully claimable.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Windows OS upgrades (e.g., Windows 10 to Windows 11), including preparation, installation, data backup, and post-upgrade testing.

Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Support and maintain end-user systems, ensuring security and compliance.

Assist with setup and support of Office 365, VPN access, printers, and other IT assets.

Handle user onboarding/offboarding, device configuration, and profile setup.

Log and track issues via the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Document solutions, guides, and procedures to support standardization.

Travel to various customer sites as needed (with expenses reimbursed).

**Requirements**:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or desktop support roles.

Strong experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, basic networking, and system imaging.

Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to travel.
