Customer Service Call Centre Agent

**You will be responsible for**:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely.
- Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met.
- Ability to multi-task independently under pressure whilst maintaining strong quality of work and attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- He/she should possess a positive attitude.
- Familiar with Microsoft word and excel.
- Works independently, good team player, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In house training will be provided.
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- **Singaporeans** are welcomed to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
