
Customer Service Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow key customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Promote the company’s marine engine repair, servicing, and spares supply capabilities to both existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and troubleshooting support.
- Coordinate and follow up on service jobs, parts delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to align efforts in driving business growth.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records, quotations, and correspondence.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer account management, preferably within the marine, engineering, or related industrial sectors.
- Solid understanding of marine engine systems, servicing workflows, and spare parts supply chain is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project coordination.
- Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
