**Order Administration / Customer Support**

Experience with International Customer support roles.

Able to communicate clearly with international distributors, customers and Taiwan HQ

Knowledge and experience in logistics and freight handling.

Process and acknowledge international distributors and customers purchase orders, prepare invoices and delivery orders.

Order administration include entering sales order into AutoCount, issue PO, Invoicing and Packing List documentation

Assist with sales enquiries and quotation.
Attend weekly sales-operation meeting.

Run sales invoice listing report.
Verify entries in Statement of Account.

All necessary administrative responsibilities.

Any other jobs assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
- Hands on experience with accounting software like AUTOCOUNT would be an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Windows Office, especially the use of EXCEL, Google Sheet o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and team player.
