**Position: Customer Order Management Administrator**

**Company: Manufacturing Industry. Location : Chai Chee Drive**

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Liaison with customers and coordinate to manage projects with regards to quotation, pricing, schedule and delivery.
- Take part in engineering changes and cost reduction program
- Keep track of service agreement, filing of correspondences between customer and plant.
- Coordinate and responsible for end to end order management, draw up quotations, process purchase order and order delivery for customers.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring orders are align with company policies, processes and legal requirements.
- Follow-up closely of outstanding orders and issue with proactive communication to customers in projects.
- Performing on miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Degree/ diploma in supply chain, logistic or business management.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in electronics manufacturing industry or in related field is preferred.
- Time management. Able to work under stress to meet the project deadline.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service and order management: 2 years (preferred)
