This main role is essential in managing order fulfillment, supporting sales administration, and assisting with operator payroll processes. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including loading sales orders into the system.
- Send timely and accurate order confirmations to customers.
- Support sales administration tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders and escalate issues when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve administrative processes for better efficiency.
- Secondary role will be assist in processing operator payroll by verifying attendance, compiling data, and ensuring timely submissions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: GCE O-Level or higher.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
