Summary
- To provide office and sales administration support to SALES and ENGINEERING.
- Domestic:

- To process progress claims and follow-up for payment collection in line with work-in-progress status for assigned projects
- To consolidate Variation orders (V/Os) to include in-progress claims for settlement of final accounts for assigned projects.
- Monitor and follow up on monthly collections closely for assigned projects.
- Attend monthly collection meetings with FINANCE
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Issue tax invoices, credit note liasion and make arrangements for payment collections for assigned projects.
- Progress claims and payment monitoring (cash flow)
- Based on the information provided by the department, update V/Os for assigned projects in respective claims reports
- Prepare progress claim breakdowns and formats, and submit via requested delivery modes by the given deadlines according to individual site requirements.
- Submit monthly progress claims to main contractors/consultants through follow-up and clarification with main contractors/consultants
- Follow-up with departments for supporting documents to be attached to progress claims
- Update hand-over dates of assigned projects upon receipt of handover forms from department
- Final claim submission for assigned projects to main contractors/consultants
- Monitor and follow-up for projects until full payment is received as per signed final account.
- Ensuring proper filing and storage of related documents
- Other duties to support the team as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Admin
- Min 2 years of admin support experience
- Experience in an engineering environment will be advantageous
