**Objectives of this role**
- Ensure general management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
- Serve as primary liaison between company staff and business partners, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, field inquiries, and maintain office efficiency in all related correspondence.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating staff payroll, claims and renewal of workers work permits, liaise with insurance company on workers’ matter and accommodation needs.
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing of documents.
- Provide assistance with bookkeeping activities.
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics
- Maintain cleanliness of office space and coordinate all renovation activities.

**Required skills and qualifications.**
- Proven success in office administration
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- High school diploma with 3 years working experience or equivalent.
- Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
