Corecam Capital Partners is a Direct Investments Platform focused on Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital. We target private investment opportunities alongside our investors and provide access to our proprietary deal sourcing.
- All investments are structured in-house by our team of investment professionals located in Singapore, Zurich, Vienna, and Ho Chi Minh City.
- In order to support our rapidly growing business, we are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated colleague to work directly within our global team.
Tasks
The role will be responsible for office management and business support, including but not limited to, as outlined below, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer:
Operations
- Conduct KYC/AML checks for onboarding of new investors
- Maintain investor database
- Bank account reconciliations
- Assist external accountants
- Manage invoicing to service providers
Office Administrations
- Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented properly
- Be involved in office layout and planning
- Be in charge of vendor selection and management
- Create travel itineraries, book flights, accommodations & taxis and handle the issuance
of travel/visit visas to foreign countries
- Apply, issue, renew or cancel employment passes
- Handle reimbursements, scheduling of interviews, managing the team calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Arrange for local and international delivery and courier services
- Be the first point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years in Office Management would be advantageous and proven experience in similar roles
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written in English. Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)
- Quick learner, Detail-oriented: Demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment: High sense of urgency and good time management to prioritize tasks
- Experience in accounting / KYC would be preferred
