Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation related to investments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
  • Monitor and track portfolio investments, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing investment reports and presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth investment operations.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min 2-4 years' experience in fund administration
  • Background from Big 4, fund administration houses, PE/VC firms is preferred
  • Knowledge of investments and financial reporting
  • Accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is required
