Job Description:

  • Infrastructure & Data Center Integrity: Maintain security and integrity of critical facilities, monitor the hardware lifecycle, and oversee preventative maintenance to ensure continuous uptime and operational stability.
  • Procurement & Asset Management: Oversee vendor contracts, manage IT asset procurement, and handle associated invoicing and cost control for facility maintenance and hardware purchases.
  • Systems & Maintenance: Administer server platforms (Windows/Linux/Hyper-V/VMware), maintain essential IT services, and rigorously implement patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Automation & Modernization: Automate repetitive operations using scripts, standardize workflows, assist deployment processes, and explore AI-enabled tools for monitoring efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Data Center / Server Room Operations, maintaining security, physical facility integrity, and continuous uptime of critical infrastructure is preferred.
  • Experience in Managing On-Premises Deployment Environments is preferred.
  • Experience in IT Asset and Vendor Management, overseeing procurement, contracts, invoicing, and cost control for hardware and facility maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience in Server Administration, managing Windows/Linux platforms or VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Scripting for routine task automation and workflow standardization is preferred.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Bilingual to ensure seamless communication with our HQ in China.
