Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments and a strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Manage and optimize VMware environments including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hosts.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and governance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong experience with VMware technologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers).
  • Understanding of cloud security principles and identity management.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Engineer are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
