**The Position**:

- Responsible to the CEO for all STACK APAC Critical Environments operational and team matters in the region.
- Develop and build the STACK APAC Critical Environments operation program to support the business and key customers.
- Lead, build and manage the STACK APAC Critical Environments team.
- Lead and implement standardized culture of Work Safe across all STACK APAC Data Centers.
- Be responsible for continual improvement of the systems, tools and processes there-in.
- Develop and drive employee training programs, ensuring all STACK operations staff are suitably qualified and trained to perform their duties across APAC.
- Develop, manage and implement Critical Environment reporting and monitoring at a regional level ensuring alignment with all customer reporting requirements and regional governance.
- Develop continual improvement programs and initiatives for PUE & Water consumption reduction as well as site waste reduction aligned to STACK’s sustainability goals.
- Develop and maintain OPEX Budgets with the local in country site leads, developing continual cost saving and efficiency improvement programs for each site.
- Develop and maintain planned capital replacement and Life Cycle Cost planning for critical equipment within yearly cost plans & Budgets.
- Develop and maintain the STACK preventative and predictive maintenance program for APAC aligned to our global best practices.
- Develop and continually improve highly detailed procedures for maintenance events, emergency event response and standard site SOPs tailored to the site-specific design and systems.
- Lead incident reporting and root cause analysis processes to deep dive into abnormal occurrences within the DC portfolio.
- Be an expert in technical reviews of procedures.
- Be an expert in technical review of company standard and policies.
- Manage and govern regular site audits both internal and external certification audits.
- Develop and lead site specific operations teams in achieving 99.995% critical environment operations avoiding unplanned & customer impacting outages.
- In conjunction with STACK Regional Delivery support in the development and optimization on CMMS, EPMS and BMS systems, standardizing across the region where possible.

**Key Details**:
Location: Singapore

Travel: 30% - 40%

Language: English (Written to a High Professional Standard), Japanese & Korean second language would be advantageous.

**Must-have Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or associated Critical Systems or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Critical Environment Operations with at least 5 years leading a regional platform or portfolio in APAC.
- Deep experience in data centers; familiarity with hyperscale clients.
- Expert in understanding on electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment. Including but not limited to UPS; MV & LV Transformers; PDU’s; RPP’s; ATS; STS; Chillers; CRAH; Fan walls and Pre-action & Gas suppression Fire Systems.
- Experience in develop and obtain site operations certifications including but not limited to ISO9001, 14001, 18001, 27001 and Uptime Certification.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
