Requisition ID: 204341 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **_ Purpose_** Contributes to the overall success of the team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives Accountable for the rollout of key transformation projects in the APAC region. **_ Accountabilities_**: - Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge - Actively manages and/or participates in analysis, requirements definition and solution design activities; maintains an understanding of a broad range of business processes and related systems; collaborates with business stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements, and with technical staff to develop solution alternatives. - Participates in the Project Management process; contributes to project deliverables including vision documents, status reports, and project plans; communicates status, business impacts and changes to team members, business partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders - Supports testing activities as part of production support, enhancements, and projects; reviews and provides input to testing strategies and plans; reviews and provides advice for testing-related estimates; participates in complex testing efforts. - Coordinating implementation support activities; ensuring proper communication, documentation, delivery, and follow-up. - Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions - Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk - Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment **_ Skills and experience_**- Proven track record of delivery of complex projects - Extensive analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment - Experience in Finance, Banking space - Proven Vendor Management Experience - Experience in leading teams while being hands-on - Experience managing rollout and implementation of multi-location platforms such as Core Banking in APAC - 12+ years’ experience in business/technical analysis or process re-engineering with experience leading analysis on complex business/technical initiatives Location(s): Singapore : Singapore : Singapore Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
