**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the APAC Benefits, Rewards, Payroll operations team to achieve operational excellence
- Handles and resolve Rewards and Payroll related escalations
- Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility
- Adheres to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s) / team(s)
- Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system
- Coordinate in between different HR operational team to ensures and maintains data quality of employees’ information in HRIS (Workday) and ServiceNow
- Addresses operation issues and provides regular feedback to team members
- Perform various type of report

Operational Excellence
- Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library
- Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's
- Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines
- Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications and stakeholder support

Project Management
- Participate in global projects
- Provide support to translation validation as needed

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources operations, preferred in hi-tech company and experience in APAC region
- Experience in HRIS data maintenance experience. Knowledge of Workday is preferred
- Good understanding of HR payroll process
- Team oriented, detailed oriented, and procedures
- Problem solving and resourceful, self-driven and ability to work independently
- Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices
- Proactive, meticulous and committed
- Good team player and able to work with staff at all levels
- Proficient in English
