**Instructional Designer** who can keep pace with the fast-moving demands of the corporate training environment. This role requires a blend of speed, creativity, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Rapidly develop and iterate on engaging and effective training materials and courses.
- Collaborate with experts to assess training needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Utilize and adapt various instructional design theories and methods for maximum effectiveness.
- Create diverse media materials (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games).
- Efficiently manage and document all phases of project development.
- Create of e-learning modules
- Attend consulting meetings to take minutes
- Support consultants as a personal admin when needed
- Develop marketing collaterals when needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly in a fast-paced or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in authoring tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- MUST have very strong command of ENGLISH in verbal and written communication.
